CYGNUS Project A Project within the RTD Program of the PRIMUS Center within TETRAD Institute of Complex System Dynamics The Cygnus Project is focused upon the investigation of practical methods for generating a flow of photons through particle condensation in the vacuum - thus, from so-called "dark energy" sources - that can be sufficient to enable collection of such for purposes of utilization for power sources, such as for spacecraft propulsion. The Project is at present a highly theoretical investigation. It is best introduced through some papers, both published and unpublished.
